Goal: There are nearly 100,000 persons over the age of 100, often referred to as “centenarians,” living in the United States. The purpose of this study was to discover why this small portion of the population has extraordinary life spans.
Eligibility Requirements: Over the age of 100 *Geographic criteria were waived for this study
Study Requirements: Participants contributed blood and urine samples and a medical questionnaire about general health.
