Clinical Research Specialist. Ms. Hover started work with the Duke-Kannapolis office in June 2015. She is a part of the Community Engagement Team and Clinical Team, focusing on the MURDOCK COPD Study and the retention of the Spanish-speaking participants. A native of Lima, Peru, Ms. Hover has an associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Lima and associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Central Piedmont Community College, as well as numerous certifications.Before coming to Duke University, Ms. Hover worked in community outreach for Novant Health. She has two children and a dog and loves to travel, dance and be outside. She enjoys using her medical skills to volunteer in the community.
